Tags Object
A tags Object. Describes the Borrowing History of the Item.
Data Definition
A tags object is in the following format
<tags> <line> <col>Tag</col> </line> </tags>
The <tags> object may have between 0 and unlimited <line> elements. Each descibes a Tag.

- The GUI has ‘Smart Fields’ which appear to scan the current collection for Tags that already exist to give the user a ‘Tag Suggest’ feature.

An item that has the tags by ‘Game of the Year’, ‘Players Choice’, and ‘Movie of the Year’
