An audio Object. A listing of Audio Language and its Encoding.
Data Definition
An audio object is in the following format
<audio> <line> <col>Language</col> <col>Encoding</col> </line> </audio>
The <audio> object may have between 0 and unlimited <line> elements. Each descibes an Audio Lanugage and Encoding.
